一、总览
Overview / 概要

我们支持自签收日起 30天内申请退货退款。若超过30天，将无法提供全额退款或换货服务。
To request a return or refund, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We are unable to offer full refunds or exchanges after this period.
ご注文商品を受け取ってから 30日以内 にご連絡いただければ、返品・返金を承ります。30日を過ぎた場合は全額返金や交換はできかねます。

二、退货条件
Return Conditions / 返品条件

商品必须未拆封、未使用，保持原始状态；
Items must be unused and unopened in their original condition.
商品は未開封・未使用で、受け取った時と同じ状態である必要があります。

包装完整，含所有配件与赠品；
Packaging must be intact, including all accessories and gifts.
元のパッケージ、付属品、ノベルティなどがすべて揃っている必要があります。

提供有效购买凭证（订单号或收据）；
A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
注文番号や領収書などの購入証明が必要です。

如已拆封，我们将根据实际情况决定是否接受退货，及退款比例。
If the item has been opened, refund eligibility and amount will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
開封済みの場合は、返金の可否と金額は状況により判断いたします。

三、不可退货商品
Non-returnable Items / 返品不可商品

已拆封并使用的香品；
Opened or used incense products.
開封済み・使用済みのお香製品。

礼品卡、折扣码、定制商品；
Gift cards, discount codes, and personalized/custom items.
ギフトカード、割引コード、オーダーメイド商品。

卫生、安全因素相关商品；
Items not suitable for return due to hygiene or safety reasons.
衛生・安全上の理由で返品できない商品。

四、退款流程
Refund Process / 返金手順

通过电子邮件（enka.kyo@mail.com）联系我们申请退货；
Contact us at enka.kyo@mail.com to initiate your return.
返品をご希望の場合は、enka.kyo@mail.com までご連絡ください。

经确认后将商品寄回；
Once confirmed, send the item back to the designated address.
確認後、指定住所へ商品を返送してください。

收到并验收商品后，我们会通知您退款是否通过；
We will notify you after inspecting the returned item.
商品確認後、返金の可否をご連絡いたします。

如退款获批，金额将原路退回。
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
承認された場合、元の支払方法に返金されます。

五、部分退款情况

以下情况我们可能仅提供部分退款：

商品已部分使用或损坏；
Item is partially used or damaged.
商品が一部使用・破損している場合。

缺少包装、配件等；
Missing packaging or accessories.
パッケージや付属品が不足している場合。

超过30天退货期限的例外情况。
Returns requested after the 30-day window under special circumstances.
30日を過ぎた場合の特例。

六、运费说明
Shipping Fees / 送料について

退货运费由买家承担，非质量问题不予报销；
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective.
不良品を除き、返品の送料はお客様ご負担となります。

退款金额中不包含运费；
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
送料は返金の対象外です。

建议使用可追踪的物流方式；
We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
追跡可能な配送方法のご利用を推奨いたします。

七、换货政策
Exchanges / 交換について

如商品存在质量问题或运输损坏，请在收到商品3天内联系我们申请换货。
If your item is defective or damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it.
不良品または破損があった場合は、商品到着後3日以内 にご連絡ください。

八、礼品订单
Gift Orders / ギフト注文について

若为礼品并直接寄送至您本人，退货后将以礼品代金券形式返还；
If your item was a gift shipped directly to you, we will issue a gift voucher.
ギフトとして直接受け取った場合、返金はギフト券にて対応いたします。

若礼品是由赠送者代收，我们将退款至原付款人账户。
If the gift was ordered by someone else and shipped to them first, we’ll refund the original buyer.
ギフト注文者が受け取った後に贈られた場合、返金は注文者に行われます。
